Chairman & CEO

Our objective is to provide our clients with tools and services that enable a smooth digital transformation and leverage their service quality and efficiency.

Served in multiple countries, with more than 30 years of experience in different roles in the diplomatic and governmental field.
Long track record in international business affairs and international relations.
Strong experience in business strategy formulation and implementation, business management and development, and management of large projects.
B.Sc. in Engineering, with extensive business and technical training.
Managing Director of e-Serve from 2017 to 2020, a newly established company in the governmental digital transformation field, where he secured and successfully delivered projects worth US$280 million.
Currently Chairman & CEO of NGTS, a technology company providing innovative solutions for smart communities.

More than 30 years of experience in different roles in the diplomatic and governmental field.
Currently the General Manager of NGTS.

Yehia Mohamed Hussein El-Sobky

Head of Electro-Mechanical Projects

B.Sc. in Electrical Power Engineering, Helwan University.
Over 44 years of experience in operation and maintenance, construction and related MEP.
Project manager for a national project supplying 240 unserved villages with potable water, with a total value of EGP 600 million.
Electromechanical consultant supervising the electromechanical works at El Galala City.
Supervised the electromechanical installation works for the potable water treatment plant in Saryakoos (EGYECT Company).
Executed three sewage pumping stations and their sewage networks for three villages in El Shohada, Menofia.
Project General Manager, Deputy Manager, Engineering Department Manager, Procurement Manager and MEP Manager at Arab Contractors Co.
Supervised all electrical works at the Procedures Terminal.

Mohamed Elhosieny

Vice Head of Electro-Mechanical Projects

More than 7 years of experience in MEP, ICT and data center projects.
Strong experience in the design and implementation of MEP, ICT and data center mega projects to global standards.
B.Sc. in Electrical Power Engineering.
Global training including RCDD, DCDC and ATD.
Design and management experience on mega projects including Mansoura 1, the Iconic Tower, New Alamein City and KSA Seven.
